At Poke Land, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Include all accessories, inserts, and promotional items that came with the product.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened trading card packs or booster boxes.

  • Products with broken manufacturer seals.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
